Founder, Jesse Yvanoff, is a leading figure in the Industrial Relations industry. He began his consulting career in 2008 and transitioned into HR consulting by guest lecturing at Griffith University. Inspired by student interest, he launched his boutique firm in 2012.

Blending direct, transactional, transformational, and creative approaches, Jesse excels in industrial relations, coaching, and workplace behavioural change.

Jacques is a seasoned legal and HR professional with over 30 years of experience. He began his career as a solicitor in South Africa, managing complex litigation and industrial relations cases.

Moving to Australia, he joined Workplace Wisdom in 2018, and has been a key team member ever since.

Specialising in industrial relations, workplace investigations, HR consulting, and representing employers at the Fair Work Commission, Jacques is known for his dedication to personalised service and innovative solutions, and resolving conflicts and improving business operations. 

Outside of work, Jacques enjoys music, gardening, and spending time with his wife.

Peter brings over 50 years of experience across industries such as mining, manufacturing, recruitment, and project resourcing.

In 2024, he joined Workplace Wisdom after semi-retiring, using his extensive network across the Toowoomba, Western Downs, and Maranoa regions.

As a founding member of the Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprises, Peter builds partnerships and drives new opportunities.

He tackles challenges in industrial, employee, and human relations while contributing to international recruitment for the NDIS and aged care sectors.

A lifelong learner, Peter believes in “learning something new every day.” He enjoys time with his grandkids, travelling, golfing, and fishing.

Scott

Diploma of Business, Qualified Work, Health & Safety Representative, Qualified Trainer & Assessor (TAE)

With extensive experience in industrial operations and HR management, Scott began his career at Qantas, managing a diverse team of up to 350 staff and developing expertise in conflict resolution and industrial relations. 

Driven by a passion for tackling workplace challenges and supporting businesses through recent legislative changes, Scott joined Workplace Wisdom in 2024, dedicated to establishing the organisation as a leader in Industrial Relations on the Sunshine Coast.

Outside of work, he enjoys paddleboarding, social bike riding, watching footy, and spending time with his wife and their kelpie x golden retriever, Zoe.

Michael

Michael brings over 20 years of experience in recruitment and retail/FMCG, managing major accounts like Coles and Hilton Group in the Brisbane and Moreton Bay regions.

At Workplace Wisdom, Michael focuses on NDIS and aged care support services, engaging with health sector stakeholders to improve service delivery, promote sustainable employment, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his daughter and exploring the outdoors.
