Scott’s extensive experience with Qantas Airways and Corporate Training has equipped him with a deep understanding of workplace culture and performance excellence. At Qantas, he served as the Chairperson of the Work Health Safety Committee in Brisbane, where he led initiatives that significantly improved team performance. Additionally, his role as Secretary at a local Australian rules football club honed his skills in leadership and community engagement.
